Heather Silkstone is a compassionate attorney who always delivers a clear-headed focus to her representation of clients in difficult situations. She practices in the areas of family law, immigration, and bankruptcy.
Ms. Silkstone grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with double majors in Political Science and International Relations. She attended law school at George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, where she represented clients in the Immigration Clinic and interned at the United States Senate. She also had her scholarly work published in the George Washington International Law Review.
Outside of the time she spends relentlessly defending the best interests of her clients, Heather loves being active and competitive. Following her career as a successful, All-American track athlete in college, she continues to enjoy running. She has also earned her Black Belt in martial arts and participates in competitions, as well as being an instructor. She fills up the rest of her time keeping up with her young children and their activities.
